+Be courteous. Remember that your message will be relayed to the Member of Congress.
+Clearly state your name and affiliation. (Here you can mention alliance or membership with CAFETY, a youth run group who have been harmed by the behavior modification industry.)+Explain briefly why you are calling. Refer to a recent article in the local paper, piece of legislation or other relevant event.
+Be sure to thank the staffer for their time.
